During your stay at Stork Lake Lodge you can enjoy Muskie fishing.

MUSKIES are STRICTLY C.P.R. ( CATCH, PICTURE AND RELEASE ) NO EXCEPTIONS.

Muskie fishing is a very rewarding experience. Muskie are a very tough and demanding fish, so be patient when hooking and landing a muskie. Please take care not to damage a muskie when catching and releasing so future fisherman can enjoy the experience of catching them. When taking a picture, do so quickly so you can get the fish back in the water.

We prefer you hire a guide for your muskie fishing, this increases your chance of catching one and insures that they are not over fished, allowing them to thrive in their natural habitat and making future fishing trips more enjoyable for everyone.

ATTENTION

Make sure you stop at the 4 Seasons Bait Shop in Ear Falls to purchase your fishing license before coming to the resort.

Their are 2 possible licenses you can purchase:

Sport license - the daily and take home limit is - 4 walleye, 4 northern pike and 2 lake trout

Conservation license - the daily and take home limit is - 2 walleye, 2 northern pike and 1 lake trout

Do not forget your P.F.D. ( personal floational device) it is the law.
