LAKE TROUT FISHING
During your stay at Stork Lake Lodge you can enjoy Lake Trout fishing. Lake Trout are in deeper waters making them quite a challenge.
They are a very strong fighter so hold onto your rod when reeling one in because you might be there for awhile.
ATTENTION
Make sure
you stop at the 4 Seasons Bait Shop in Ear Falls to purchase your fishing license before coming to the resort. There are 2 possible
licenses you can purchase:
Sport license - the daily and take home limit is - 4 walleye, 4 northern pike and 2 lake trout
Conservation
license - the daily and take home limit is - 2 walleye, 2 northern pike and 1 lake trout
Do not forget your P.F.D. ( personal
floational device) it is the law.
YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE YOU CAUSE WHILE OPERATING ANY BOATS OR EQUIPMENT
We reccomend a heavy action rod with a heavy duty reel with 30# fireline.
All guide rates are in U.S. funds
LAKE TROUT AND WALLEYE GUIDE RATE
$100.00 per day, allowing 2 people per guide per boat.
